Topic: Leadership Techniques

Presented by: Dr. Karl Eastlack of Eastern Hills Wesleyan Church

Abstract:

Pastor Eastlack will discuss effective Leadership techniques that will enhance your ability to recognize and resolve issues that you may encounter in both your professional and personal life, he will also discuss ways of handling various personalities and provide a win-win situation whenever possible.


Bio:

Dr. Karl Eastlack serves as Senior Pastor of Eastern Hills Wesleyan Church in Clarence, New York. Since Karl’s arrival in 1987, Eastern Hills Church has grown from 19 parishioners to more than 3000, and has a staff of more than 40 people.

Raised in southern New Jersey, Karl holds degrees from Houghton College and Indiana Wesleyan University. He currently serves as chairman of Houghton College’s Board of Trustees.

His published works include a 2004 book entitled Today’s Encouraging Word. He also hosts a daily radio broadcast in Western New York. His teaching schedule has taken him to Central America, India, England, Azerbaijan, Czech Republic, Western Africa and Russia.

Karl lives in Clarence, New York with his wife Anita and two children: Aaron and Rachel. Another daughter and her husband (Bethany & Joe) live in Atlanta.
